Returns and Refunds

At Science House Pvt. Ltd., we are committed to providing you with top-quality service and products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and refund policy. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully.

Eligibility for Returns

- You have a 30-day window from the date of purchase to initiate a return. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we, unfortunately, cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It should also be in its original packaging.

Exempted Items

- Non-returnable items include gift cards, discount coupons & downloadable app.

Proof of Purchase

- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of test done from NABL certified lab.

Refund Process

- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

- If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a specific number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

- If you haven't received a refund yet, please check your bank account first. Contact your credit card company, as there may be a processing delay before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank, as there can be processing time on their end as well.
