Job Description:

Experience: 2+ Year of relevant experience as Phlebotomist in a reputed #diagnostics #clinic or #hospital Attention:

• Knowledge of legal requirements about drawing blood, handling fluid samples and use of relevant medical equipment and material
• Determine the right #venipuncture method based on patient age, health etc. and experience with effective puncture techniques
• Ensure optimal quality and quantity of samples
• Ability to connect with various types of patients (such as children, elderly, pregnant women) and make them feel comfortable
• Should be polite and patient in attitude

Job Responsiblities:

• Arranging daily activities based on urgency of requests for fluid samples
• #Collecting #samples from the patient's place (throat swabs, blood samples etc.)
• Understanding of proper patient identification methods and their personal information using their IDs, documents, or other means
• Labeling samples and sending or delivering them for testing
• Coordinating with the central team for patient appointments and their conversions.
• Traveling to different locations within the city, if required as instructed by the central team
