• GPS Location from Access_Coarse_Location & Access_Fine_Location:
  The app requests the GPS location for an improved user experience. The apps with location-based capabilities need permission to send notifications and use the location of your device. They will be limited if you don’t grant ‘Always’ location permission and permission to send notifications. The ‘When in Use’ permission allows for some functionality, but it’s not enough if you want to use the app when it’s not open fully. Location data is helpful for healthcare applications like Bharatlab Lifetech to get the home sample collection precisely done, share the data of nearby collection centers, pathology Lifetech, and deliver the offline reports to the exact address as and when required. • I confirm I have taken all the precautions and have not come in contact with any COVID-19-positive patient during the last 14 days.
• I understand Bharatlab Lifetech is committed to taking all necessary safety and hygiene precautions to protect me, my family members, sample collection professionals, and the community. However, the company cannot be held liable in the event that someone contracts COVID-19.
• Your health or diagnostic tests will only be performed at Bharatlab Lifetech, its associated partner lab nearest to you.
• Every booking done for the COVID-19 test will be collected and tested by an ICMR-approved lab partner only. Therefore, your booking will be assigned to any of the nearest lab partners.

Severability & Waiver Contact Information
