Mahesh Babu Sharma is the esteemed Chairman of Bharat Labs under the Science House Group, founded by the visionary Chairman himself, whose commitment has been the key to the company's success since its inception. During his tenure, the Science House Group, headquartered in Bhopal and comprising Science House Medicals Pvt. Ltd., has emerged as a leading player in the field of medical diagnostics, pathology, and healthcare technology, catering to government schemes like the National Health Mission with 3,000 employees and labs at an interval of 7.5 km in Central India. He has been actively participating in the company's milestones, including the reception of awards at Medical Fair India in March 2025. Working in tandem with the company's Directors Jitendra Tiwari and Shailendra Tiwari, Mahesh Babu Sharma is a strong advocate of affordable and quality healthcare in India.

Shailendra’s efforts enhance overall performance and improve relationships with stakeholders. Shailendra promotes a team culture that is all about making a difference in healthcare.

Puneet Dubey is the Group CEO of Science House Medicals Pvt. Ltd. in Bhopal. He has been managing the vast operations of the Science House Group in medical diagnostics, pathology, and healthcare innovations, under the guidance of Chairman Mahesh Babu Sharma. With a total employee strength of 3,000, he is managing an average of one lab per 7.5 km in Central India, concentrating on government schemes such as the National Health Mission (NHM) and the Madhya Pradesh government's plans to provide accessible and quality diagnostic facilities. Puneet Dubey has been featured prominently in the media, including an exclusive interview with Door Darshan, emphasizing the group's success, and is actively involved in vendor authorizations for sophisticated equipment such as electrolyte analyzers. Along with the Group Directors Jitendra and Shailendra Tiwari, he is leading the group to further success and better healthcare for humanity.
